Sometimes Chords & Lyrics - The Vamps

[G] [Bm] [Dm7] [Am]

Should I be [G]waiting on the high life
Where we all drink cha[Bm]mpagne
Fly first class on jet [Dm]planes
Rub shoulders in the [Am]right way

We [G]had a conversation about how I should be [Bm]received
And everyone [Dm]agreed
Everyone except [Am]me

How [G]maybe I'm selfish
Could be obscene
But [Bm]it feels like home
When youâre next to m[D]e
And I don't want to [Am]leave

If [G]I had a choice
Well then I'd choose
[Bm]To make you walk a mile in my [Dm]shoes
What have you got to [Am]lose?

[G]So I've been [Bm]waiting for an opportunity
Just to [Dm7]speak my mind
If [Am]that's alright
[G]Might just be a [Bm]couple hours out of my whole week
Usu[Dm7]ally I'm fine
It's [Am7]okay not to be okay, sometimes

[G] [Bm] [Dm7] [Am]

I've been [G]looking for some comfort in a strangers [Bm]bed
All it does is f*** my [Dm]head up
Now I'm right back to [Am]square one

But if you're [G]looking for some comfort you've come to the right [Bm]place
We all get down some [Dm]days
I struggle just to put my t-shirt on
But I [Am]hope you find some strength in this song

[G]Maybe I'm selfish
Could be obscene
But [Bm]Im just trying to make you see what I [Dm]see
Everyone's like [Am]me [C]

[G]So I've been [Bm]waiting for an opportunity
Just to [Dm7]speak my mind
If [Am7]that's alright
[G]Might just be a [Bm]couple hours out of my whole week
Usu[Dm7]ally I'm fine
It's [Am7]okay not to be okay, sometimes

[G] [Bm] [Dm7]
