[INTRO]
[C/E] [F] [G] [F]

[VERSE 1]
[C] I pray for better[F/C] days to come
[G/C] I pray that I would [F/C]see the sun
[C] Cuz life is so [F/C]burdensome
[G/C] When everyday's a [F/C]rainy one
[C] But suddenly there's [F/C]no more clouds
[G/C] I believe with[F/C]out a doubt
[C] That heaven sent an [F/C]angel down
[G/C] And then she turned my [F/C]life around
[C] You know and I[F/C] know
[G/C] Friends come and fri[F/C]ends go
[C] Storms rise and wi[F/C]nds blow
[G/C] But one thing I [F/C]know for sure

[CHORUS]
When it's [C/E]cold out[F]side [G]
There's no need to wo[F]rry cause
I'm [C/E]so warm in[F]side [G]
You give me pe[F]ace
When the [C/E]storm's out[F]side [G]
Cause we're in [F]love I know
It'll [C/E]be al[F]right [G]
Alright it's al[F]right

[C/E]Oooh.[F] .. [G] [F]

[C/E]Oooh.[F] .. [G] [F]

[VERSE 2]
[C] Now peace is so hard to [F/C]find
[G/C] We're terrorized and [F/C]victimized
[C] But when I [F/C]close my eyes
[G/C] And think of you to [F/C]ease my mind
[C] You take me to an[F/C]other place
[G/C] There's no more war, just [F/C]love and grace
[C] Baby you re[F/C]store my faith
[G/C] I know the struggle's [F/C]not in vain
[C] You know and I[F/C] know
[G/C] Through all the [F/C]battles
[C] Baghdad to I[F/C]srael
[G/C] There's one thing I [F/C]know for sure

(Keep playing the same chords)
Cuz you give me peace
In the middle of the storm
When it's cold you're keeping me warm
It's alright
It's alright
I'm never gonna leave
You give me what I need
It's alright, alright
