Red Side Of The Moon Chords & Lyrics - Trixie Mattel

[VERSE]
[C]Judy never asked her for forever
[F]Judy never asked her for the[C] moon
[G]Judy knew that loving her was[Dm] better
And [F]no one knew her [G]heart like Judy

[C]Judy's never m[F]entioned in the p[C]apers
[F]Judy's never noted in the [C]news
[G]Judy knew that loving her was[Dm] safer
[F]Loving from the [G]red side of the [C]moon

[CHORUS]
[Am]Loving you from the [F]red side of the [C]moon
[G]Loving her was funnier than a [F]Saturday car[C]toon
[Am]Someday is a s[E]tory and it's the [C]one I'm sticking [F]to
[G]Loving from the red side of the [C]moon

[VERSE]
[C]Judy grew up steppin[F]g right beside[C] her
[F]Loved her from the cover of the [C]crowds
[G]Judy's heart was beating right besi[Dm]de her
[F]Even with the [G]music loud and

[C]Judy's never [F]minded all the [C]waiting
[F]Judy never thought to watch the [C]clock
[G]Judy knew that loving's in the [Dm]patience
When the [F]red side of the [G]moon is what we've [C]got

[CHORUS]
[Am]Loving you from the [F]red side of the [C]moon
[G]Loving her was easier than a K[F]ristofferson[C] tune
[Am]Someday is a s[Em]tory and it's the o[C]ne I'm sticking t[F]o
[G]Loving from the red side of the [C]moon

[VERSE]
[C]Judy left her best days in Chicago
[F]Judy had her worst days in the[C] rain
[G]Middle of the winter with so [Dm]far to go
And she [F]couldn't keep on [G]hitching to that [C]train

And she still [F]listens to the [C]radio
[F]Late night after midnight she tunes [C]in
[G]Sings along to songs and every [Dm]word she knows
Remem[F]bering when the [G]moon was burning [C]red

[CHORUS]
[Am]Loving you from the [F]red side of the [C]moon
[G]Loving her was heavier than a [F]leaded red [C]balloon
[Am]Someday is a s[E]tory and it's the [C]one I'm sticking [F]to
[F]Loving from the r[G]ed side of the m[C]oon
