[Verse 3: Chance The Rapper]
I heard this old joke once, it was like, uh
[F]Knock knock, [Bb]who there, it's us, us who?
Just us, who dis? Just p[Bb]layin'
Just me, new phone, new hair, new era
I'm in the penthouse, baby
[Bb]Handpicked from bad apples and bad [Dm]eggs
Held back, I had to grab crab legs
[Bb]And then there were only but a few
[Ab]Conversations held with pat[Bb]ience, what a party, what a view
What a d[F]ress, what a song
What a bea[Bb]utiful time
My [F]folks downstairs still [Bb]waitin' in line
They never been in these rooms
Never stayed with these folks
[F]Never laughed at the news, never h[Bb]ated these jokes
[Cm]So as I fly in my suit, in a group, und[Dm]ercover
Forcin' a new smile, he te[Gm]lls me another
He said "What happened to the boy that cl[Bb]imbed up the trunk?"
Then he pushed me off the top and said "Jump, nigga, jump!"
