[G] [Em] [D] [Dsus4] [Em] [G] [D] [Em] [Dsus4] x 2

[G]When I [Em]saw you for [Cadd9]the first [Dsus4]time
[G]I could have never [Em]dreamed of having [Cadd9]you by my [Dsus4]side
[G]But when I [Em]held you [Cadd9]for the last [Dsus4]time
[G]It hurt so much to [Em]realize what I was [Cadd9]leavin' [Dsus4]behind

[CHORUS]
[G]But I'm thinkin' of [Dsus4]you
[Dsus4]I hope you're thinkin' 'bout [G]me
[G]In hopes that one [Dsus4]day
[Dsus4]A couple we'll [G]be
[G]And if we don't [Em]meet
[Em]I'll remember the [Cadd9]times that we've had [Dsus4]together
[G]Yes I'm singing to [Dsus4]you to set my heart [G]free
[G]Travel the [Dsus4]distance 'tween you and [G]me
[G]Through all the [Em]tears
[Em]I remember the [Cadd9]times that we've had [Dsus4]together

[G] [Em] [D] [Dsus4] [Em] [G] [D] [Em] [Dsus4]
[G]Well I'm on [Em]my way [Cadd9]to a better [Dsus4]life
[G]So they [Em]say, [Cadd9]so they [Dsus4]know
[G]Into my [Em]future I leave [Cadd9]friends far [Dsus4]behind
[G]That's what's [Em]expected, [Cadd9]So I [Dsus4]go

[CHORUS]
[G] [Em] [D] [Dsus4] [Em] [G]
[G] [Dsus4] [G] [Dsus4] x 4
[G]Well call me [Dsus4]crazy
[G]For what I do [Dsus4]tonight
[G]If I don't [Em]take my chances
[Cadd9]I won't go home feelin [Dsus4]right
[G]Cause the things we [Dsus4]never do
[G]Cause lookin back in a [Dsus4]year or two
[G]I'll wish that [Em]I'd made true
[Cadd9]All the words I never [Dsus4]said to you
[CHORUS]
