Bound Ta Git Down Chords & Lyrics - Shooter Jennings

[VERSE 1]
C* C*
Well I was born in Tennessee and it couldn't hold me
C* C
I told my mama and my daddy that I got to be free
[F]I moved to California where the sun shines all day [C]long
If it [G7]feels so good, [G]girl you know it ain’t [C]wrong
C7* C7*
I started playin' in the clubs, playin' keys
C7* C
I started chasin' every woman that laid a smile on me
[F]Played with Guns n' Roses by the time that I was [C]23
Yes, there ain't no [G]rock n' roller alive that was rock n' rollin' enough for[C] me

[CHORUS]
[C]Yeah, 'cause I wanna get down
[C7]Down like a basset [C]hound
Down to the honky tonk [F]town
Burn this juke joint [C]down ,make Hank proud
G* F*
Get drunk, get loud
I'm [C]bound ta git down
Bound ta git dow[D]n

[BREAK]
[C] [D]
